Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unaltered.
  • The item remains in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • The return is initiated within 14 days from receiving your order.

To initiate a return, log in to your account, navigate to your Order History, and request a return. Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. A return shipping label may be provided depending on the case.

Note: Return shipping costs are usually the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
Important: While we offer free shipping on all products, the actual shipping cost (₹5,000–₹15,000 depending on size and destination) will be deducted from your refund if a return or cancellation is made after dispatch.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, and if it meets all conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee or decline the refund if the item is used, damaged, or incomplete. The original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund if applicable as outlined above.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team. We will gladly assist you with arranging a replacement, depending on the item’s availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a free return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no additional cost to you.
